Monthly Payment Plan

BILLS FOR THE FALL SEMESTER WILL BE PUBLISHED IN MID-JULY WITH A DUE DATE OF AUGUST 15TH. SPRING SEMESTER BILLS ARE PUBLISHED IN MID-NOVEMBER WITH A DUE DATE OF DECEMBER 15TH.

As an alternative to payment in full at the beginning of each semester, Providence College offers an optional payment program for those who wish to pay in four monthly payments per semester through CashNet/Transact Campus Payments. Authorized payers can enroll at https://commerce.cashnet.com/pcepay . If you are not currently an authorized payer you can ask your student to add you to their account. Your student will log into CyberFriar, click on Student Services, select Bursar’s Office, and click on ‘send a payer invitation’ to provide your authorization.

Payment Methods:
• Automatic bank payment (ACH)
• Credit card/debit card

A SmartPay ACH return fee will be assessed by Transact, with pricing based on State regulation, effective July 1, 2024.
An additional card processing fee will be assessed for using a debit/credit card .

Cost to Participate:
• $70 nonrefundable enrollment fee per semester
