IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM THE OFFICE OF THE BURSAR/STUDENT ACCOUNTS
BILLS FOR THE FALL 2022 SEMSTER WILL BE PUBLISHED IN MID-JULY WITH A DUE DATE OF AUGUST 15TH. SPRING BILLS ARE PUBLISHED IN MID-NOVEMBER WITH A DUE DATE OF DECEMBER 15TH.
As an alternative to payment in full at the beginning of each semester, Providence College offers an optional payment program for those who wish to pay monthly. This service is provided exclusively through Nelnet Campus Commerce.
Target Dates to Enroll By
• Automatic bank payment (ACH)
• Credit card/debit card
An additional card processing fee will be assessed for using a debit/credit card Payments are processed on the 15th of each month
Cost to Participate:
• $70 nonrefundable enrollment fee
• $30 nonrefundable returned payment fee, if a payment is returned

• Sign in or Create a username & password
Students: If someone is paying on your behalf you MUST first set them up as an Authorized Payer.
Authorized Payers: If you are paying on behalf of the student, the student must set up their account first then add you as an Authorized Payer.
